~the hands of time~
~are the same in measure~
~moments gauged & compared~
~no will of their own~
~we name & call them~
~may be consumed by their weigh~
~didactic illusions~
~we are gifted with choices~
~in our time allotted~
~which set us each apart~
~from the all~
~to be all we may be~
